Maintenance memory for real life

Keep the memory of things you own.

Tell Kopti what happened - a purchase, repair, replacement, service, or renewal. It saves the history, proof, and optional reminders in one calm place.

Kopti remembers what happened, what proof exists, and what needs attention next.

Real life leaves details everywhere.

A photo has the receipt. A note has the part number. A calendar has the date. Your memory has the rest - until it doesn't.

Kopti prepares the memory. You decide what gets saved.

Logging an event does not force a notification. If there is no next action, the reminder can simply be none.

Useful AI, explicit boundaries.

Kopti should feel like a private notebook that helps structure things - not a black box that silently stores everything.

Questions about privacy? Email hello@kopti.app.

Cloud AI is disclosed

Kopti tells you when cloud AI is used for text, receipt, photo, or PDF understanding.

Confirmation comes first

AI can prepare a candidate. You decide what gets saved.

No backend document vault by default

Original documents are processed for extraction and are not retained on Kopti servers by default.

Export and delete controls

Kopti should make it straightforward to export structured data or delete your account and data.

Short answers before you email.

Is Kopti a normal to-do app?

No. Kopti is for things that need care over time: maintenance, service history, receipts, warranties, renewals, replacements, and recurring responsibilities with context.

Does Kopti replace my calendar?

No. Kopti keeps the memory and reminder context. Calendar export may come later for actual appointments or hard dates.

Does Kopti store my original documents?

Not by default. The V1 direction is temporary processing for extraction, then saving only the structured details you confirm. Read the privacy posture.

How does Kopti handle messy notes and receipts?

Start with the note or proof you already have. Kopti turns it into fields you can review, edit, and save with the item.

What platforms will Kopti support?

Kopti is iOS-first. A web dashboard may come later, but the first product is the native iPhone app.

Can I join the beta?

Email hello@kopti.app with a short note about what you want to track.

Help shape Kopti before launch.

Kopti is being built iPhone-first for people who want a calmer way to remember purchases, repairs, replacements, receipts, warranties, and recurring care.

Mention what you want Kopti to remember: car, home, bike, warranties, receipts, filters, repairs, or recurring care.
