Send support requests to hello@kopti.app. Include the device model, iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Kopti has no accounts, so we can’t see your data; describe the problem or attach a screenshot you’re comfortable sharing.

Common requests

• help with saved items, reminders, receipts, warranties, or imports
• iCloud sync, export, and deletion questions
• restoring the one-time unlock on a new device
• bug reports with screenshots or reproduction steps
• feedback about item types Kopti should handle better

Response time

We try to answer support email as soon as practical. For urgent safety, warranty, billing, or service-provider deadlines, contact the relevant provider directly instead of relying only on Kopti.
