How it works
What the tool assumes
- Fill in only what you know. Empty fields stay off the printed page rather than showing made-up values.
- The model and serial number are usually on a sticker inside the door, on the back panel or under the appliance. The manual or the original receipt often lists them too.
- Use Print to save a PDF: on iPhone, tap Print, then Share in the preview; on a computer, choose Save as PDF as the printer.
- Nothing you type is uploaded or saved. Closing the tab clears the form, so print or download before you leave.
A paper passport is a snapshot. Kopti keeps the same record on your iPhone, adds each repair as it happens and keeps the receipt photo with it.
Questions
Common questions
What should I write for warranty?
Copy the term from the warranty card or receipt, such as "2 years parts and labour from delivery". If you're unsure when it ends, the warranty deadline tool shows the date and can add a reminder.
Can I make passports for several appliances?
Yes. Print or download one, use Clear form, then fill in the next. The CSV columns are the same every time, so rows from several downloads can go into one spreadsheet.
Is a passport proof of purchase?
No. It records where the proof is. Keep the original receipt or invoice, because that's what a retailer or manufacturer will ask for.
