Your maintenance jobs

Add a common job, then adjust it:

Next reminders

Add a job to see when its reminders land.

    What the tool assumes

    • The first reminder lands on the next due date after today, counted from when you last did the job. If you've never done it, leave today's date.
    • Each job repeats on its own schedule. Monthly jobs on the 29th to 31st move to the month's last day when a month is shorter.
    • Each reminder is an all-day event, so it stays on the right day when you travel. The alert fires at 9:00 the chosen number of days before.
    • Suggested intervals are starting points only. Your manual, water hardness and how much you use something change the right interval, so check before you rely on one.

A calendar remembers the date. Kopti also remembers what you did, which part you used and the receipt, and moves the next reminder when you log the job.

    Common questions

How do I add the file on iPhone?

Download it in Safari, open it from the download notice or the Files app, and tap Add All. You can choose which calendar the events go into.

How do I add it to Google Calendar?

On a computer, open Google Calendar, go to Settings, then Import & export, and import the downloaded file. Google Calendar's phone app can't import files.

Can I change an interval later?

Edit the recurring event in your calendar app, or delete the series and download a new file from this page.
