Hand over a home with its records, not just its keys.
Write down what the next person will need: where things are, what each appliance is, what work was done and by whom, who to call and what's due next. Print it as a pack or save a CSV.

How it works
What the tool assumes
- Fill in only what you know. Missing details stay blank on the pack, and sections with no entries are left out, so nothing is made up.
- There's no address field on purpose. If the pack needs one, write it on the printed copy.
- Use Print to save a PDF: on iPhone, tap Print, then Share in the preview; on a computer, choose Save as PDF as the printer. Your browser's print settings choose A4 or Letter.
- This is a record from the people who lived there. It isn't an inspection, survey, safety certificate or proof of compliance, and the pack says so.
A pack is a snapshot for handover day. Kopti keeps the same records on your iPhone as they happen, with receipts and reminders attached to each item.
Questions
Common questions
What should a seller include?
Anything the buyer can't easily find out: where the stop valve and fuse box are, the model and age of the boiler and appliances, when they were last serviced, who did recent work, and which warranties or guarantees might still apply.
Can a landlord use it for tenants?
Yes. Leave out anything private, and add the contacts tenants should use for repairs. It doesn't replace any documents your local rules require you to give tenants.
Can I save my progress?
No. Nothing is stored, so closing the tab clears the form. Download the CSV to keep a copy you can open in a spreadsheet, and print the pack when it's ready.
