How it works
What the tool assumes
- Entries are sorted by date, oldest first, whatever order you add them in. Entries without a date go at the end.
- Choose kilometres or miles once and the whole log uses it. Copy the odometer reading from the invoice when you have it.
- No VIN is needed. The registration is optional and only appears if you fill it in.
- This is your own record. It isn't verified by a garage or manufacturer and isn't an official service book, so keep the invoices and receipts it refers to.

What should I record?
Scheduled services, repairs, tyres, brakes, batteries, wipers and inspections. The date, mileage and what was done matter most; the garage and cost help when you compare quotes or chase a problem later.
Does a log help when I sell the car?
Buyers often ask what's been done and when. A clear log with the receipts behind it makes those questions easier to answer, but it's your own record, not a verified history.
Can I add to the log later?
Nothing is saved in your browser. Download the CSV and keep adding rows to it in a spreadsheet, or fill in the form again when you need an updated printout.
